Cairns To Sydney

We leave Cairns today and fly to Sydney. It has been a fantastic journey so far. Really enjoyed learning about the Aboriginal culture and seeing the sights. 

Here are some pictures of the hotel where we stayed. It had a beautiful atrium in the middle.

On the way to the airport we stopped for a stroll through the Cairns Botanical Gardens. It was a great morning to take in all the beautiful plants and flowers.

Now on to the airport and our flight. 

First exploration of Sydney. We arrived downtown about 5 p.m. and took a walk around Darling Harbor before dinner. Afterwards we went to our hotel and checked in.
